Founded by clinicians for clinicians, Tenet creates purposeful products and honest resources designed to help you recover, reconnect, and redefine what strength means in healthcare.

Our Founders

Two friends who met in nursing school in 2016, we pushed each other through classes, clinicals, and those “what’s next?” conversations. Our paths split—Brandon into the ER, Steve into the ICU—but we both kept climbing: one to nurse practitioner, one to nurse anesthetist. Family, homes, call shifts, chaos—the works. In 2021, life brought us back to New York, and we picked up right where we left off.

But the conversations changed. We saw, up close, how easily you can lose your identity in this field. The burnout, the endless hours, the feeling that you’re only what you do. So, we built Tenet—not to sell hype, but because we needed it, too.

We wanted to give something real to the people who show up for others every day—and finally want to show up for themselves.

Our Mission

At Tenet, we challenge the idea that wellness is a luxury. It’s not. It’s the foundation for showing up—in your job, in your family, in your own life. We design gear, routines, and resources to help shift workers stay grounded, recover with intention, and take back their health—physically and mentally.

Our mission is to support the people who support everyone else, and to redefine what strength looks like—not just endurance, but balance.
